At first Nat and Chanida declined Glen's offer to build Agel in the Southeast Asia market, but after seeing the company's exponential growth and industry leadership flock to Agel, they had a change of heart. Niti's journey to Agel has covered 17 years, three major network marketing companies and one enduring goal — to find that “dream opportunity.” However, Niti's journey to network marketing began with a childhood dream…to become a petroleum engineer.As a child, Niti remembers watching a documentary on offshore oil and gas rigs, large platforms used to house workers and machinery needed to drill and produce oil and natural gas through wells in the ocean bed.
